Chocolate Almond Crunch Bars

I love Nestle crunch bars, but let’s face it… their calorie count and high sugar content isn’t exactly on my healthy eating plan menu. On occasion I like a chocolate sweet treat and these definitely hit the spot. They’re SO simple & SO good and I’m promising you… your whole family will love them!

1/2 cup coconut oil, slightly melted but not hot
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup natural almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup puffed quinoa

1. Line your pan with parchment
2. Combine all ingredients and stir
3. Pour into pan and freeze for 10 minutes
4. Cut into bars, either makes 24 small bars
5. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge
