My girls celebrated at 9p.m. tonight, which means we totally enjoyed a New Year’s Eve at home this year. In my 20’s going out for NYE was a blast. Now with a family and young children I would almost rather spend this evening at home and pick any other night for a date night. Not the busiest night of the year. But… the one thing I do love about New Year’s Eve is dressing up!! Be it a party at home or a party at a friend’s house there’s something about putting on something sparkly and going out for a bit.
So I’m basically dreaming for next year…..
